Sacred Dancer Coffee Company was founded from a deep desire to create meaningful opportunities for individuals with special needs. Our journey began with our son Christopher, who was diagnosed with autism in 2006. Like many families, we were inspired by stories of parents launching businesses to support their children as they aged out of the school system. We knew we had to take action.
Throughout Christopher’s life, we’ve been his advocates. We’ve seen firsthand the incredible potential individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities have—especially when given the right training, mentorship, and support. Too often, these individuals are overlooked in the workforce, despite their capability and eagerness to contribute.
Sacred Dancer Coffee was created to change that. Our goal is not only to serve high-quality coffee but to build a company rooted in inclusion, dignity, and purpose. We aim to provide employment, skill-building, and a sense of community to individuals like Christopher. We believe that businesses can—and should—be a force for empowerment.

At Sacred Dancer Coffee, our mission is about more than coffee. It's about creating a space where individuals with disabilities are not only welcomed but celebrated. Our son Christopher’s autism diagnosis changed our lives—and opened our eyes to the importance of advocacy and awareness.
As parents of a child with special needs, we’ve become passionate advocates not only for Christopher but for the entire disability community. We’ve learned that the more people understand disabilities, the more inclusive our world can become.

Raising Christopher has been one of the most challenging—and rewarding—experiences of our lives. Since his autism diagnosis in 2006, we’ve walked a path filled with trials, triumphs, and deep personal growth.
Like many families, we’ve navigated complex systems, searched for resources, and built support networks from the ground up. Through it all, one truth stands out: awareness matters. It opens doors, builds empathy, and paves the way for real inclusion.
For seven years, we volunteered with Autism Speaks and participated in events like Tim Tebow’s Night to Shine, where Christopher experienced moments of pure joy and acceptance. These experiences fueled our commitment to advocacy—not just for our son, but for others like him.
Sacred Dancer Coffee grew from our desire to help Christopher gain job skills, confidence, and a sense of purpose. It’s become more than a business—it’s a platform for change. Through our company, we’ve been able to teach Christopher, connect with our community, and speak at schools and events about disability awareness and acceptance.
We believe that awareness is just the beginning. Real transformation happens when awareness leads to understanding—and understanding leads to action.
